IDEENTRIX Private Limited, incorporated in Gujarat in August 2026, is the company Karan founded and leads as Founding Director & CEO. It is built around a simple observation from years of consulting: most growing businesses don't fail at choosing technology. They fail when strategy, implementation, and support come from three different vendors, and nobody owns the result.
The firm works across the full business-application stack. It sets up, customises, and maintains ERP and CRM on Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERPNext (Frappe), and Odoo, and builds custom ERP and CRM from scratch when a business's process is its competitive edge. On the commerce side it delivers Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento storefronts, as well as commerce built natively on those same ERP and CRM platforms, so orders, inventory, and customers live in one system.
A dedicated AI & Automation practice focuses on customer engagement: AI chatbots, voice agents, AI receptionists, and omnichannel conversation hubs. It also covers custom model development and fine-tuning when an off-the-shelf model isn't enough. Web and mobile development rounds out the practice, so every engagement—consulting, platform, commerce, or AI—can be delivered by the same team that designed it.
