Overview

Volt Watt Solutions builds intelligent power protection and power quality solutions that safeguard residential, commercial, and industrial electrical infrastructure from voltage instability, frequency fluctuations, and electrical disturbances. Karan co-founded the company in January 2026.

The product line protects electrical equipment from voltage surges, voltage drops, frequency instability, phase imbalance, and other power-quality issues—built around automatic voltage regulation and intelligent power monitoring that disconnects and restores power only when electrical parameters return to safe operating conditions.

The engineering work centers on embedded electronics, real-time sensing, and intelligent control logic, with hardware architecture, PCB design, and firmware developed for reliability first. The roadmap extends toward IoT-ready remote monitoring and predictive diagnostics, layered on top of protection behavior that has to be trustworthy before it can be smart.
